How to Navigate through our self checkout

STEP 1:

Enter your dates and amount of guests,

 then choose the rental you want, 

then click "book for $____"

STEP 2:

On this page you will be able to view your summary and details about your rental

Click "Book" and then you will see your Add-On Options. Carefully Review them.

The most important options to view are listed below:

STEP 3:

Which Dump Fee you need:

If you have Full Hook up and follow the guide to dumping and flushing your own grey and black water tanks then you will NOT need to choose a dump fee. However, if you will NOT be dumping and flushing your tanks, please choose one of the 3 options available to you:

STEP 4:

Other Important Add-Ons:

Choose Freshwater Fill Fee IF you will be at a site with NO WATER hook up. 

Choose a Generator option and propane tank size needed if your site has no electric and you want electric.

Choose the pet fee and select the quantity of pets. 2 Choices: Short stay (2 Nights) or Regular stay (3+ Nights)

Choose if you would like Early Check (Before 3:00 PM) in or Late Check out (After 11:00 AM Check-Out until Dusk - After Dusk additional night is charged).

NOTE: We do not pick up rentals in the Dark - If you choose a time past sunset - We will not pick up until the following day and you will be charged an additional night.

Choose any other options available for your rental that you would like. Don't worry, you can skip these additional options now and see them again on our guidebook to choose before your arrival date.

STEP 5:

Decide whether you are going to pick up your rental OR have it delivered. (& Select corresponding add-ons)

When picking up your rental: Choose the Ball, hitch, & sway bar package,

For delivery of your rental: Choose Camper Delivery Fee.

The quantity equals the amount of miles from 127 Mill Road, Hawley, PA 18428 to your destination TIMES 2. Example: if your destination is 45 miles from our location THEN you would choose the quantity of 90 (45 x 2 =90). Use google maps for miles. 

Ask first before booking if maps shows multiple routes. Sometimes rentals cannot go the “fastest” Route. Also, keep in mind tolls will increase the delivery fee.

The MINIMUM delivery fee is a quantity of 60 ($250)!

STEP 6:

Scroll back to the top of the page and click "Continue"

Enter your details and payment information and click "Confirm & Pay $______"

Our payment schedule, Cancellation policy, & Security Deposit info will be listed under Summary on this page.
