When you book a rental with us, 

YOUR VACATION ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE A VACATION!

DELIVERY FEE INCLUDES:

- All rentals can be traveled to all 50 states and Canada! 

- Bedrooms/sleeping areas: mattress & pillow protectors, fitted, flat, and blankets for every bed in our rentals, (1) pillow for single bed areas and (2) pillows for every queen bed, extra blankets and linens in the storage areas provided

- Bathroom: Towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the rental occupancy amount, hand soap, OTC medicine (Advil, Aleve, allergy and sinus medicine)/first aid items(gauze, bandages, etc.)/convenience items (toothbrush, paste, mouthwash, etc.) in bathroom cabinet for purchase, first aid kit, Special RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, Q-tips, flossers, tick twisters, travel size - soap, shampoo, conditions, body wash, lotion

- Outside: Outdoor straw mat, 4 or 6-foot table, outdoor grill, camping chairs, (1) full 20 Lb. propane tanks (extra charge may apply for 30 lb tanks OR 2nd 20 lb tank used)

- Kitchen/Living Room: Dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, steak knives for rental occupancy amount), Cookware (pots, pans, cutting board, mixing bowls, colander, measuring cups, scissors, spatulas, serving spoons, pizza cutter, apple slicer & peeler, whisks, chef knives, tongs, ice cream scooper, cork screw), stocked coffee bar with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer, salt & pepper, baking pan, ice cube trays, water pitcher, paper towels, tissues, rubber gloves, sponges, garbage can with bags, tin foil, drying rack, dish soap, hand soap, sanitizer, clothes drying line, cleaning supplies, flashlights, toothpicks, matches, Smart TV with added streaming services 

NOTE: Rentals equipped with outdoor kitchens will NOT receive an additional flat top grill (even if the outdoor kitchen is ONLY equipped with a 2 burner gas cooktop) unless the add on request is made (additional fees may apply).

- (large bunkhouse) Extras: fun and games (ex: coloring books, crayons, markers), games (ex: Candy Land, Connect Four, Jenga, Checkers), cards (ex: Skip-Bo, Uno, playing cards, Phase 10), outdoor games (ex: Lawn Darts, Frisbee, Horse Shoes, Corn Hole), some rentals equipped with child friendly and adult movies, USB receptacles for charging, oscillating fan, outdoor rechargeable fan with light

- newer rentals have stereo systems, CD player Bluetooth speakers (in and outside), USB outlets, wireless charging capabilities, solar, etc.

- We do NOT offer paper plates, paper bowls, paper/plastic cups, plastic silverware, napkins or other similar disposable items.

- We DO provide the (2) 20 pound LP tanks on the front of the rental - Additional fees MAY apply

- Nice sized storage areas for your gear (soft-sided bags recommended to make the most of the space!)

- Air-conditioning/heating in all our rentals (except our Pop-Up)

- Personal & courteous customer service

Pick up Rentals will receive linens and towels and a fully furnished camper rental.

Keep in mind, pick up rentals do NOT receive the following: 

- stocked coffee bar and welcome snack basket

- (Outdoor Package) table, grill, or camping chairs 

NOTE: Outdoor package can be added at checkout.

As we continue to grow, we will be offering many new travel trailers, pop-ups, motorhomes, 5th wheels, etc. to our fleet. These rentals will be consignment rentals. They will still have the same fantastic insurance coverage but will not include ALL of the same Cozy Options as our fully furnished/fully stocked delivered rentals. However, you will still be able to add all the Cozy Extras you want. 

The description will state "*****BARE RENTAL*****" 

If you would like the rental to be fully furnished/full stocked, please send us a message and we will quote you accordingly OR choose the Cozy Option Add On(s) that you would like at checkout.

Whether you choose a full service rental or a bare rental it will come BARE (unless we form a partnership with the event or festival - contact use before booking for more information).

If you would like any cozy extras, please contact us ahead of time, as these items will be an additional fee for any group renting a camper for a festival or event.

NOTE: Nightly Price and security deposit will also increase for these scenarios.
